Dropping meat from your diet just one day a week can lead to significant health benefits, such as a 10% decrease in your risk of heart disease and diabetes. In addition, it leads to reduction of carbon emissions, fossil fuel consumption and water usage.
Sign the pledge for Meatless Mondays and look for Meatless Monday recipes on our website and Facebook page. Or choose another day during the week to go meatless.
